Nurse Practitioner – Co-Founder of Luxe League Wellness
Stephanie brings over a decade of compassionate, hands-on nursing experience to Luxe League Wellness. She began her career in 2013 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, earned her RN in 2019, and advanced to become a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in 2022. Her passion for safe, evidence-based care and her natural ability to help clients feel seen and supported shine through in every service she provides.
At Luxe League Wellness, Stephanie blends her clinical expertise with a genuine love for aesthetics and restorative wellness. She believes in empowering clients with personalized care that balances precision, safety, and a warm, welcoming approach.
Outside of her work, Stephanie is a devoted wife and proud mom of two energetic sons, along with a lively golden doodle who happily completes the family. She brings heart, integrity, and joy to every space she enters—whether in the clinic, at home, or in the community.
Brittney Maxwell, LVN
Nurse - Co-Founder of Luxe League Wellness
Brittney is a devoted nurse with nearly two decades of hands-on experience in healthcare. Her career began in 2008 as a caregiver and evolved through roles as a phlebotomist, CNA, medical assistant, and now as a licensed nurse actively expanding her clinical expertise. Her passion for caring for others was born at home—helping her grandparents through daily tasks and learning the power of dignity, compassion, and presence. That early foundation continues to guide the way she serves her clients today.
Blending medical knowledge with a wellness-forward, concierge approach, Brittney co-created Luxe League Wellness to offer a space where aesthetics and well-being are accessible, personalized, and rooted in trust. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin—whether through IV hydration, or whole-person wellness support. For Brittney, aesthetics isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about enhancing what already makes you feel powerful and at your best.
Outside of her work and studies, Brittney enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend and their three children, and is continuously committed to personal growth, professional development, and creating the life she once dreamed of.
Dr. Lindsay Dragos, MD
Medical Director of Luxe League Wellness
Dr. Lindsay Dragos is an accomplished physician with over a decade of medical experience and a specialized focus in aesthetics since 2017.
Based in Houston, she owns and operates her own med spa and has served as Medical Director for multiple practices, providing expert oversight and mentorship to providers.
Her aesthetic expertise includes advanced injectables such as the cannula technique, Sculptra, PDO threads, microneedling, and laser-based treatments including AdvaTX and Attiva RF skin tightening. She has pursued extensive training with Galderma, Revance, and other physician experts, continually expanding her skills to deliver cutting-edge results.
Currently, Dr. Dragos serves as Medical Director for several medspas, while also leading the provider team at her own practice, FACE/FIT Aesthetics. With additional expertise in HRT, peptides, and medical weight loss, she offers a comprehensive approach to patient wellness and aesthetic care.
